If a support request requires the analysis of a specific document to diagnose an issue:

  1. Notify us in your initial email that you have a sample document for review.
  2. Do not attach the file to the email.
  3. Our team will provide you with a secure, encrypted, and HIPAA-compliant channel through which you can safely transmit the sample for our review.
