The Philterd Data Services Dashboard serves as the centralized command center for your data protection operations. It is designed to provide you with a comprehensive, at-a-glance overview of your account, processing activity, and recent platform enhancements.

Whether you are a developer integrating our API or a compliance officer monitoring redaction workflows, the dashboard ensures that the most critical information and tools are always within reach.

Core Dashboard Components

The dashboard is organized into several functional widgets, each providing unique insights and quick access to platform features:

  • Welcome and Feedback: Your primary starting point, containing high-level introductory information and a direct channel to our product team.
  • What's New (Platform Updates): A real-time feed of the latest features, bug fixes, and security enhancements. We recommend checking this regularly to stay informed about new capabilities that can benefit your organization.
  • API Management Quick-Links: Specifically for developers, this widget provides rapid access to your API Keys and our interactive Swagger API documentation.
  • 30-Day Activity Insights: A suite of interactive charts that visualize your processing volume. These charts are essential for monitoring your throughput and forecasting usage-based costs.
    • Token Volume: Tracks the total number of words and entities processed by the engine.
    • Redaction Volume: Displays the count of sensitive data points successfully protected.
    • Risk Assessment Volume: Monitors the number of comprehensive risk analyses performed.

Engaging with the Philterd Team: Providing Feedback

Your experience and insights are vital to the continuous evolution of our platform. We provide an integrated mechanism for you to share your thoughts, feature requests, or reports directly with our engineering and product teams.

How to Submit Feedback

  1. Locate the Welcome widget at the top of your dashboard.
  2. Click the Send Feedback button.
  3. In the feedback dialog, provide a detailed description of your experience or suggestion.
  4. Click Submit.

Important Security Reminder: For your protection and compliance, please never include raw Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI) within the feedback form. For specific technical issues or support requests that may require data analysis, please use our secure Support channels.

Accelerating Integration: API Resources

Philterd Data Services is built with a "developer-first" mentality. The dashboard simplifies the process of moving from a manual workflow to a programmatically integrated one.

  1. Direct Key Management: From the API widget, you can jump directly to the API Keys management page to create or rotate your credentials.
  2. Interactive Documentation: Click the View the API endpoints link to access our Swagger-based documentation. This interactive environment allows you to test API calls and explore request/response schemas directly from your browser.

Monitoring Your Data Protection Throughput

The visualization section at the bottom of the dashboard provides a real-time pulse of your data management activities over the preceding 30 days.

  • Interactive Charts: Each chart is interactive; you can hover over specific dates to see exact numerical totals for that 24-hour period.
  • Trend Analysis: These charts are particularly useful for identifying unexpected spikes in data processing, which may indicate a new project launch or, conversely, help you detect unauthorized platform usage.
  • Reporting: If you require more granular data beyond these 30-day summaries, you can access detailed CSV reports through the Account Usage page.
